S&R Associates Represents SAR Group

S&R Associates represented the SAR Group in INR 2.08 billion investments by M&G Catalyst Capital Fund in Livpure Smart Homes, a home automation products provider, and Livpure Private Limited, a manufacturer of water purifiers, as well as a INR 250 million investment by Ncubate Capital Partners (part of the SAR Group). S&R Associates also represented Livpure Smart Homes in its INR 463.47 million acquisition of 6.38 per cent of the share capital of Livpure Private Limited from existing shareholders.

The S&R team was led by partner Sanjeev Adlakha and counsel Kanika Khanna, and included associates Ananya Mittal and Rishabh Uppal.
