S&R Associates represented Bertelsmann India Investments in an INR 862 million funding round
S&R Associates represented Bertelsmann India Investments in a follow-on investment in Lendingkart Technologies, a leading Indian fintech company, as part of an INR 862 million funding round also involving Fullerton Financial, Sistema Asia Fund, and India Quotient. S&R Associates also represented Bertelsmann India Investments in earlier investments in Lendingkart Technologies.
The S&R team was led by partner Rachael Israel and included associates Kanika Khanna and Sarangan Rajeshkumar.
