Siddharth K. Vedula Joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas As Partner

Siddharth K. Vedula has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its General Corporate Practice. He specialises in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. He will be based in the Mumbai office.

Siddharth has previously worked with private equity funds as well as Indian and international corporates on transactions across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. He has previously worked with the Embassy Group as General Counsel. Prior to that, he has also worked at the Embassy REIT and at Samunnati, an agri-focused NBFC.

Siddharth graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2009.
