Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised JNK India Limited (“Company”) on its initial public offering of a fresh issue of its equity shares aggregating to ₹ 6,494.74 crore. The date of closing the deal was 30 April 2024.
The IPO was subscribed over 27.22 times overall and the qualified institutional buyers component was subscribed over 75.72 times and the non-institutional buyers component was subscribed over 23.26 times.
