Reema Dash Joins G42 India As Legal Director

Reema Dash has taken on the role of Legal Director at G42 India, an Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing company based in Abu Dhabi.

Reema is a corporate lawyer providing strategic legal guidance to domestic and international clients. She has 11 years of post qualification experience at leading law firms in India. She is experienced in Corporate Commercial Transactional Advisory, Structuring and Negotiations of Commercial Contracts, Regulatory Compliance in securities laws and financial laws, Corporate Governance, Business Strategy & Advisory, and Litigation Management.

She was previously working as the principal associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Manu Kumar Jain, former global vice president and CEO of Xiaomi India has joined as CEO of G42 India. 

Others in the G42 India team include Aakriti Gupta, Finance Director; Reema Dash, Legal Director; Sanuj Shah, Program Director; and Rahul Pal, who is spearheading Al efforts.
