Precept-Law Offices Acts As Legal Counsel For IRCON Renewable Power

The Precept-Law Offices acted as the legal counsel for IRCON Renewable Power Limited (IRPL) w.r.t. financing of the project valuing around Rs. 2771 Crore. 

IRPL is the SPV of Ircon International Limited and Ayana Renewable through which, IRCON is venturing into the renewable power sector and is in the process of developing a 500 MW Solar Power Project in Karnataka. 

Manish Singh (Partner) along with Seraj Khan (Senior Associate) acted on this deal.

While speaking with BW Legal World, Manish Singh (Partner) said, “It was a great opportunity to advise IRCON for their very first venture in renewable power sector. We are also advising IRPL on various other aspects of the project. Manish Kumar (Partner) also advised on the regulatory aspects of the transaction.”
