Panag & Babu has elevated Vidhi Khanijow and J.S. Bhullar to partnership and promoted 5 lawyers as senior associates.
Vidhi Khanijow and J.S. Bhullar are both members of Panag & Babu's Governance, Investigations and White Collar Crime Defence practice. They have acted on some of the country's most marquee matters involving significant overlap with a multitude of jurisdictions.

J.S. Bhullar read law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University and has conducted several large internal investigations involving several countries for a wide spectrum of manufacturing companies. These matters predominately for Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies have had complex interplays with domestic and foreign laws involving bribery, fraud and money laundering. J.S. Bhullar has served on the Bureau of Indian Standards committee to draft an India anti-corruption standard, was seconded to a DAX 40 financial institution and has been a critical member of the P&B team securing two declinations from the U.S SEC.
Vidhi Khanijow also read law at the Faculty of Law, Delhi University and has acted on several contentious regulatory matters involving financial institutions before the RBI, SEBI, Hong Kong SFC, U.S. SEC and the UK's FCA. These matters have ranged from impairment of loans, to falsification of accounts and violation of Indian securities laws. Ranked by Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500, Vidhi most recently secured a settlement for a global asset management company with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
