Mukesh Butani, Managing Partner, BMR Legal, has recently been invited as an Independent Director and Board Member at DIAGEO India, subject to shareholders approval.

As the Managing Partner at BMR Legal, a law firm specialising in international tax, trade, Customs and Investment laws. Along-with my Partners, Butani leads a team of seasoned lawyers who specialise in advisory, advocacy, and dispute resolution services to multinational clients across industry segments and jurisdictions.

Butani is also a Reserve Panel Member at Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
