Mahesh Wasadikar Joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. As Partner

Mahesh brings over a decade long extensive experience, specialising in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition transactions across diverse sectors such as healthcare, BFSI, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrials

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. has appointed Mahesh Wasadikar as a Partner in the General Corporate Practice. He will be based out of the Firm’s Mumbai office and will be advising clients on various aspects of General corporate transactions.

 

Mahesh brings over a decade long extensive experience, specialising in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition transactions across diverse sectors such as healthcare, BFSI, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrials. His areas of expertise include General Corporate advisory work, including providing legal opinions under company law, FEMA, and SEBI laws, as well as drafting a wide range of commercial contracts.

 

Prior to joining SAM & Co., Mahesh was a Partner at Desai and Diwanji. He has also previously worked with law firms like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Rajani Associates, and Crawford Bayley & Company.

 

He has completed his B.LS. & L.L.B from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai.

 

Outside of his legal career, Mahesh is an avid reader, an acoustic guitarist, and actively engages in advocacy and awareness for autism.
