LegaLogic Consulting advised Pentathlon Ventures in relation to their investment in Lilchirp Ai Technologies (Vodex). Vodex raised US$ 2 Million from Pentathlon Ventures and Unicorn India Ventures.

Vodexisa Rewa, India-based start-up that provides artificial intelligence-based software including automated calling software solution.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Pentathlon and advised on due diligence, drafting, review, negotiation of deal documentation and closure.

Aanchal Lamba, Abhishikha Moyal and Raj Vardhan worked on the transaction documents with guidance from Vikas Agarwal.

Kunal Dodeja led the due diligence and closing with Ishika Sharma, Prashant Krishnani, Raj Vardhan and Shruthi Sreekumar.
