LegaLogic Consulting advised Bits-in-Glass (BIG) in strategic partnership with  Capital Square Partners(CSP). As part of the strategic partnership, CSP made substantial investment in BIG.

BIG is an award-winning, global boutique digital transformation firm focused on business process automation, integration, and artificial intelligence. CSP is a leading private equity firm specialising in cross-border technology and business services.

LegaLogic advised on the deal structuring, review and negotiation of deal documentation and assistance in closing, on the India leg of the transaction.
