LegaLogic Advises Go Digit on US$ 18.4 Mn. (~ INR 135 Crores) Investment Round from Existing Investors

LegaLogic advised Go Digit Insurance on its US$ 18.4 Million (~INR 135 Crores) follow on funding round by the existing investors Faering Capital, TVS Capital and A91 Partners.

Previously, in January 2020, LegaLogic had advised Go Digit Insurance on its US$ 84 Million (~INR 596 Crores)  equity funding round led by private equity funds Faering Capital, TVS Capital and A91 Partners.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Go Digit Insurance and advised on the deal documentation.
