Khaitan & Co. provided legal support for obtaining approval from the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance for Jio Financial Services Limited ("Company"), being a Core Investment Company, concerning: (I) the existing foreign investment in the Company, and (II) the increase in aggregate foreign investment limits, including holdings by Foreign Portfolio Investors, in the Company.
