Khaitan & Co. Boosts Its Corporate, M&A Practice With Three New Partner Appointments

Khaitan & Co, a leading full-service law firm, as bolstered its Corporate and M&A practice with the addition of three new Partners appointments - Shishir Vayttaden, K. Aishwarya and Aditi Singhvi. Shishir and Aditi will be joining the firm’s Mumbai office while Aishwarya will be joining the Bengaluru office.

Shishir has over 17 years of experience and specialises in public and private M&A and Private Equity transactions. He is regular external counsel to several private equity funds, top Indian conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies. AsiaLaw 2023 and 2024 recognises him as a ‘Distinguished Practitioner’ and he is named as a ‘Top Individual Lawyer’ by Forbes PowerList.

Aishwarya has more than 13 years of experience and is recognised as a ‘Future Legal Leader’ for Corporate, M&A Practice by India Business Law Journal 2023. Aditi Singhvi is a 2011 graduate of the National Law University Jodhpur. She has been recognised by Legal Era in its 40 under 40 Rising Star Awards 2023, India Business Law Journal India’s Future Legal Leaders 2023 and a 'Key Lawyer' by Legal 500.

This move is part of Khaitan & Co's ambitious strategy to continue investing in its growth, attract top talent and reinforce its position as a top law firm in the country.
