Khaitan & Co advised Radhamani Textiles Private Limited and its founders, the Poddar family, in relation to investment by A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, as a lead investor along with Nikhil Kamath (M/s NKSquared and Gruhas Proptech LLP) and family office of Mr Ravi Modi Family (founder of Vedant Fashion / Manyavar).
The investment will be made in two tranches through a combination of secondary acquisition from existing shareholders and subscription to shares.
The core team consisted of Purti Minawala (Partner), Aman Anand (Principal Associate), Shruti Kunisetty (Associate) and Shravan Subramanian (Associate) with assistance from the following: Employment and Labour laws: Deepak Kumar (Partner) and Archika Dudhwewala (Senior Associate).
