Khaitan & Co advised HSquare Sports Private Limited (a leading sports tech platform operating under the brand name ‘Hudle’) in relation to its investment round led by Inflection Point Ventures and Sky Impact Capital.

The core team consisted of Prasenjit Chakravarti (Partner), Sanjana Bhatnagar (Principal Associate), Saloni Birla (Senior Associate) and Shivansh Mehta (Senior Associate).

The Firm’s role included drafting, reviewing, commenting and negotiating the term sheet, the shareholders’ agreement and the share subscription agreement.
