Khaitan & Co advised Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (Heinemann) in setting up a consortium with BWC Forwarders Private Limited (a BBM Group company) (BWC) to obtain concession for duty-free, to be operated by Heinemann, as well as master concessions for domestic retail and international duty-paid retail, to be operated by BWC from the Noida International Airport.

The Firm acted as legal counsel of Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for inter alia advising on the structure and documentation for the formation of the consortium, correspondences with the Noida International Airport, preparation of bid documentation and definitive documents relating to the joint venture to be set up between Heinemann and BWC.
