Khaitan & Co. Acts As Indian Legal Counsel To TruAlt Bioenergy

Khaitan & Co acted as Indian Legal Counsel to TruAlt Bioenergy Limited in relation to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of face value of INR 10 each of TruAlt Bioenergy Limited for cash, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 75,000 lakhs, and an offer for sale of up to 36,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders.
