Justice B. N. Srikrishna has joined Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates - International Tax Counsel as “mentor” to the practice. In this role, Justice Srikrishna will advise JS&A and its clients about the correct strategy in international tax litigation matters; review and comment on opinions issued by JS&A; and periodically review and advise JS&A on its vision and path forward as a set of international tax counsel. Justice Srikrishna is one of the most celebrated justices of the Supreme Court of India.
