JSA Adds AZB's Niruphama Ramakrishnan as Partner

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) has added Niruphama Ramakrishnan as a partner in Gurugram.

Before joining JSA, Ramakrishnan was a Senior Associate at AZB & Partners.

An alumnus of NALSAR University of Law and NYU School of Law, Ramakrishnan's practice has been focused on regulatory, general corporate, equity, capital markets, structured products, InvITs and REITs, as reported by ALB.

Before joining AZB & Partners, Ramakrishnan worked at law firms S&R Associates, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, and also had a short stint at the World Bank in Washington D.C.
