INDUSLAW Advises Jefferies India

INDUSLAW advised and represented Jefferies India Private Limited for the sale of equity shares of Amber Enterprises Limited held by its promoter Kartar Singh and Ascent Investment Holdings through screen-based trading platform of Indian Stock Exchanges.

INDUSLAW team comprised Ravi Dubey (Partner) and Anshul Roy (Partner).

Ashurst LLP and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas were also involved in the deal.
