INDUSLAW Advises Navi Finserv

INDUSLAW advised Navi Finserv Limited (“Navi”) in relation to public issuance of senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures (inclusive of a green shoe option on a 
private placement basis).

This was the maiden issuance of non-convertible debentures by Navi involving disclosures made by way of General Information Document and Key Information Document.

Notably, the debentures were oversubscribed by almost 190 per cent (approx.).
