Fox & Mandal Acts As Advisor To True North Credit Opportunities Fund I, Issuer Tinni Investments

Fox & Mandal acted as the sole transaction counsel and advisor to the investor, i.e. True North Credit Opportunities Fund I and the issuer, i.e. Tinni Investments Limited (a non-banking financial company and a group concern of Suraksha Diagnostic Private Limited in relation to the issuance of secured, unlisted, redeemable, non—convertible debentures aggregating up to INR 80,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Eighty Crore Only). 

The issue is secured by a varied security package consisting of corporate and personal guarantees, mortgages, share pledges, non-disposal undertakings, demand promissory notes, letter of continuity, etc.
