[Exclusive] Trilegal Hires AZB's Richa Choudhary as a Partner In The Capital Markets Practice

Richa Choudhary has extensive experience in capital markets (both equity and debt), regulatory practice and securities laws. She has led several domestic and international capital markets transactions for both equity and debt fundraising.

She has advised clients across the entire value chain on aspects of securities law and executed various capital markets transactions that have been first-in-the-market and won several marquee awards. She has also advised on various aspects of securities regulations in the context of investment/acquisition of shares in Indian listed companies, takeover regulations, buy-backs, prevention of insider trading and listing.

Richa has been recognized as a ‘Highly Regarded’ lawyer for Capital Markets and M&A by IFLR1000 (2021), and as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ for Capital Markets by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2021).
