ELP has onboarded Anshuman Jagtap to its Real Estate Team. He will be based out of ELP’s Mumbai office.
He has more than 14 years of experience, which includes development of integrated townships, special township projects, development and acquisitions of projects regulated by MMRDA and MIDC, logistics, warehousing, slum rehabilitation schemes and industry set-ups, undertaking due diligence and title verification. He has extensive practice in transactional work, construction contracts, real estate and infrastructure, private client practice, succession and estate planning, general commercial transaction and general corporate.
