Ltd in relation to the investment made in Pine Labs (the digital payments and commerce solutions provider to merchants) through new funding from public market from crossover investors including investment from some of its existing investors aggregating to USD 285 million. 

Total Consideration: USD 285 million 

Team Members: Vineet Shingal (Partner), Rohan Shrivastava (Principal Associate) and Virali Nagda (Associate) with assistance from Anisha Chand (Partner) and Soham Banerjee (Senior Associate) on Competition Law aspects of the transaction.
