Touchstone Partners acted for the Huntsman Group in connection with the sale of its 100 percent stake in Huntsman Advanced Materials Solutions Private Limited to Pidilite Industries for ₹2,100 crores.
The deal was led by our Managing Partner Karam Daulet-Singh and Partners Gaurav Desai and Anuj Bhatia, along with Surbhi Soni, Punya Varma, Mohit Bhatia, Palak Chadha and Shruti Bhat.
