S&R Associates represented Kotak Mahindra, Citigroup, Haitong Securities and Nomura, book running lead managers, in the INR 64.79 billion initial public offering by Gland Pharma Limited, one of the fastest-growing generic injectables-focused companies by revenue in the United States. This was the largest IPO by a pharmaceutical company in India.

The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Jabarati Chandra and included associates Oishika Dasgupta, Rohini Sud, Shwetank Sharma and Shinjan Alok.
