Deal Description: Advised Quadria Capital Management Pte Ltd in relation to its investment in Encube Ethicals Private Limited, by way of subscription to equity shares and purchase of equity shares from the promoters of Encube Ethicals Private Limited, exiting private equity investors: Multiples Private Equity Fund II Limited and Plenty Private Equity Fund I Limited, for an acquisition of a stake of 15%, for a total consideration of USD 119 million.
