Ltd. in relation to acquisition of 56% shareholding of Bharat Insecticides Limited, producer of Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides chemicals agriculture, by Bharat Certis Limited, subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Japan from the existing shareholders.
