Deal Closed | Joint venture of Reliance Industries Limited | BP Mobility

Touchstone Partners acted for BP in connection with its joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) to form, ‘Reliance BP Mobility Limited’ (RBML). BP paid $1 billion for a 49 percent stake in RBML, the joint venture, with RIL holding 51 percent.

The deal was led by Managing Partner Karam Daulet-Singh and Partners Gaurav Desai and Anuj Bhatia, along with Yashita Sharma, Palak Chadha, Mohit Bhatia, Surbhi Soni, Punya Varma, Shruti Bhat and Apurva Badoni.
