Deal Description: Acted as the India counsel for Insight Venture Management, LLC in relation to Indian aspects of the Client’s Series A investment in Atlan Pte Ltd.

Total Consideration: USD 16 million

Team Members: The core team comprised Mayank Singh (Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Shaima Khan (Senior Associate) and Shashank Chaddha (Associate).

Role of Firm: The Firm advised and assisted the Client on the (i) legal due diligence of the Indian subsidiary; (ii) transaction documents; and (iii) closing related assistance.
