Deal Description: Khaitan & Co advised Harley Davidson Motor Company in relation to the following commercial arrangements with Hero MotoCorp Limited: (i) distribution arrangement whereby Hero MotoCorp Limited has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of Harley-Davidson in India; and (ii) brand licensing arrangement whereby Hero MotoCorp Limited has been given license to exclusively manufacture small displacement range motorcycles.
