Rohan Ghosh Roy will be joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as an Equity Partner in its Corporate Practice. He will be based in Mumbai office.
Rohan is a corporate lawyer and a seasoned C-suite advisor. With over 15 years of experience, he has led many complex cross-border private equity and M&A deals valued over US$ 10 Billion for marquee clients. He was elevated to equity partnership in 2015 at Trilegal, where he worked for 15 years before joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Rohan graduated from NUJS, Kolkata in 2008 and has completed his LL.M. from The University of Chicago Law School earlier this year.
