Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas played a key role as legal counsel to SBL Energy Limited ("SBL Energy") entered into definitive documents to raise growth capital by issuance of securities to 3 investors, Synergy Capital (DIFC) Fund I General Partner LTD, India SME Investments - Fund I and Mr. Mukul Agrawal. SBL Energy is the second largest industrial explosive company in India and caters to infrastructure and mining sector. 

CAM assisted SBL Energy and its promoters to merge business from associated companies into SBL Energy and advised in structuring, negotiation and drafting key agreements.
