Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises PTC India

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised PTC India Ltd, a listed company in the sale of its subsidiary, PTC Energy Ltd to ONGC Green Limited through a bidding process. PEL has an aggregate operational wind generation capacity of 288.80 MW which is spread over 7 projects which are in Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

The Transaction was led by Ritika Rathi, Partner along with Sreetama Sen, Partner, with support from Nooreen Haider, Principal Associate; Bhadra Nair, Senior Associate; Aakash Rao, Associate and Esha Goyal, Associate.
