Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises NDR InvIT Trust

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NDR InvIT Trust (“Trust”) and NDR Ware Housing Private Limited, being the sponsor of the Trust, on the initial offer of units of the Trust, through a private placement, aggregating toRs.8,798.02 million (the “Offer”). The Offer comprised afresh issue aggregating to Rs. 6,940.71 million and an offer for sale aggregating to Rs. 1,857.31 million by the selling unitholders.
