Bombay Law Chambers Onboards Nandini Pathak To Head Investment Funds, Asset Management Practice

Bombay Law Chambers has onboarded Nandini Pathak to the firm and partnership. Nandini will head the firm's Investment Funds and Asset Management practice. 

She has over a decade of experience in this space, advising both international and domestic clients on legal and regulatory matters related to fund formation, fundraising, and governance. Her expertise will span the alternatives space, including guidance for general partners (GPs) and limited partners (LPs), intermediaries, foreign portfolio investors, investment advisers, portfolio managers, and research analysts.

Commenting on her new role at the firm, Nandini Pathak said, “This is an exciting step in my journey to keep contributing to the alternatives space in India as a legal professional.
