ANM Global onboarded Nittin Bhatia as a Partner in our Delhi office. Nittin, who brings over 18 years of experience, will be spearheading the Telecom and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm, further strengthening its capabilities in these areas.
Nittin’s career has seen him handle a wide range of civil and criminal disputes, offering advice, and appearing before various courts across the country, including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialised tribunals like the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT). His expertise spans across dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate laws, with significant experience in handling cases involving intellectual property rights, restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. In his professional journey, Nittin has represented some of the largest broadcasters in the country, leading fintech and e-commerce businesses, and major nationalized banks. His work has included advising on regulatory issues, strategizing complex legal cases, and providing end-to-end legal support to corporate and individual clients alike.

Before joining ANM Global, Nittin established his own practice at NPV Legal, where he handled a diverse array of litigation issues, and also served as Of-Counsel with TMT Law Practice where he gained deep insights into various facets of litigation and corporate advisory.
