ANM Global Expands Its IPR Practice With Acquisition Of Gautam & Co.

ANM Global have significantly expanded their team and overall IP practice with the acquisition of ‘Gautam&Co’, an IP boutique firm founded by Mr. Gautam Panchal in the year 2015. Earlier, in April, 2022, another IP boutique firm ‘Literati Juris’ merged its practice with the firm.

Mr. Panchal would be joining the firm along with his entire team. He has over 21 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters pertaining to IP and allied practice areas (including advisory, transactions, prosecution, enforcement and litigation) and has catered Clients across a variety of sectors/industries ranging from Pharmaceuticals; manufacturing; engineering, FMCGs; Chemical; Infrastructure; Electronics; Technology; Start-Ups; etc.

He is known to be an astute litigator, business enabler and negotiator and during his career span he has represented several domestic and multinational companies before civil and criminal courts. He has been a part of several landmark litigations and has been recognised one of the leading IP lawyers. Further, Mr.Panchal also serves as an Independent Director of several public listed companies which underscores his commitment towards corporate governance, understanding and strategic oversight. His experience certainly adds further depth to, and strengthens the ANM Global’s present Intellectual Property practice.
