AK & Partners Advises Aventus Technologies

AK & Partners advises Aventus Technologies’ strategic investment in Navin Bros NBFC. Aventus Technologies India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aventus Group, a known innovative digital loan provider from Europe, is now a strategic investor in Navin Brothers Private Limited, an Indian non-banking financial company, as part of its digital lending plans in India. 

Anuroop Omkar, Founding Partner at AK & Partners was the strategic advisor to the deal. Kritika Krishnamurthy, Founding Partner at AK and Partners led the investment transaction and negotiations on behalf of Aventus Technologies and was assisted by Associate Kavya Awasthi.
