Aishwarya AnanthKumar and Partners, a Bengaluru based litigation chambers, with a promising practice of governmental and non-governmental matters is merging into Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India to bolster its disputes practice in Bengaluru.
Aishwarya AnanthKumar, an advocate with over 12 years of standing before the High Court of Karnataka, NCLT Bengaluru and various other courts in the region brings with her a rich understanding of the local legal landscape and its intricacies. Over the years as a standing counsel for various state governmental departments and bodies she has led complex high-stake litigations across the state of Karnataka specifically forKarnataka Industrial Area Development Board, Karnataka Slum Development Board, Bangalore Development Authority and Bangalore Waste Water and Sewerage Board.
Further in the past as part of dispute teams of Tier-1 law firms, she has gained extensive experience in handling corporate commercial litigations and arbitrations, shareholder and investor disputes, court ordained mergers, demergers and continues to handle matters of insolvency and restructuring before the NCLT Bengaluru Bench for large private entities.
Aishwarya also serves as a member in many policy framing committees of the government of Karnataka notably in 2021 she was the only woman member to be part of the 13-member expert committee which framed the comprehensive Karnataka Youth Policy.
