Advocate Saumya Tandon Appointed As Central Government Standing Counsel

Advocate Saumya Tandon has been appointed as Central Government Standing Counsel before the Delhi High Court.

In a recent development, the President of India has engaged Saumya Tandon among others as Central Government Standing Counsels (CGSC) to represent before the Delhi High Court. 

The engagements, effective immediately, have been made for a tenure of three years, commencing from the date of the Order F. No. J-11017/26/2023-Judicial (13.03.2024), issued by the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. 

Saumya Tandon is an associate partner at Law Links Advocates and Consultants. She pursued her BA. LLB. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. She also pursued her Master's in Law from Amity University.
