Advocate Kangan Roda Appointed As Senior Panel Counsel

Advocate Kangan Roda has been appointed as Senior Panel Counsel before the Delhi High Court.

With over ten years of experience as an Intellectual Property lawyer, Kangan Roda has been representing clients before various courts.

She is also the founding partner of illuminIP, a boutique IP law firm that specialises in IP prosecution and litigation. She heads the IP practice at illuminIP, overseeing a team of skilled and dedicated lawyers who handle complex and challenging IP cases for eminent and acclaimed companies from sectors like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, IT, Banking, and others. She has successfully obtained and defended multiple IP registrations, injunctions, and damages for clients, as well as resolved disputes through mediation and arbitration.

She holds certificate on the Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks from WIPO, enhancing my knowledge and skills in global IP protection.
