Delhi High Court started hearing the arguments in the appeal filed by Mr Rajiv Luthra against the order passed on Tuesday staying the removal of Mohit Saraf from L&L.
Senior Advocate Mr Singhvi started his arguments based on the merits of the case. He asserted that all the clauses of the partnership deed under contention are in favour of Mr Luthra. He also claimed that his client Mr Luthra possesses the legal authority to dissolve the firm. The learned counsel was of the view that the court has created a disastrous situation referring to the injunctive relief granted to Mr Mohit Saraf.
While the matter will be taken up for hearing tomorrow, the court has directed the counsels to come up with an interim arrangement so that firm functions smoothly for the benefit of its clients.
More details awaited from today's hearing.
