Veritas Legal advised Mirae Asset Naver New Growth Fund I (“Mirae I”); Mirae Asset – GS Retail New Growth Fund I (“Mirae II”); Mirae Asset – Naver Asia Growth Investment Pte. Ltd (“Mirae III”); and Mirae Asset Late-Stage Opportunities Fund (the “Mirae IV”).

The firm advised on the purchase of a minority stake in Shadowfax Technologies Pvt Ltd by Mirae IV; and contemporaneously with the completion of the share acquisition, certain existing shareholders of Shadowfax viz. Mirae I to IV will collectively acquire additional rights in Shadowfax.

The firm advised advised on the share acquisition; drafted Form I and obtained CCI approval on behalf of the Mirae entities.
