Trilegal Elects Five Counsel to Partnership
Trilegal, one of India’s leading law firms, announced today that it has elevated five counsels to the partnership. With this, the partnership strength of the firm grows to sixty-three (63).

Ankit Kejriwal Partner, Corporate Mumbai | Ankit concentrates his practice on public mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructuring transactions. He regularly represents strategic clients and private equity firms on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and dispositions across a wide variety of industries. He joined Trilegal in 2019 and has previously worked at two of India’s leading law firms. He is an alumnus of NALSAR (2011). |
Gautam Chawla Partner, Competition New Delhi | Gautam advises Indian and multinational clients on a wide range of competition law matters including complex merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance, cartel investigations, and competition compliance. He represents clients in contentious matters and regularly appears before the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and the Supreme Court of India.
