S&R Associates Represents Harish Shah

S&R Associates represented Harish Shah and other shareholders in their sale of an aggregate 30 per cent of the shares of Signet Excipients, a leading distributor of excipients in India, to IMCD N.V., a Netherlands-based global distributor and formulator of specialty chemicals and ingredients.

The S&R team was led by partner Sudip Mahapatra, and included associates Komal Parakh and Ameesha Tripathi; and Simran Dhir, head of competition practice and counsel Akshat Kulshrestha on competition law matters.
