Sintercom India Ltd. raised INR 222 Million from its promoter entity Miba Sinter Holding Gmbh & CO KG.

Miba AG manufactures and sells sintered components, engine bearings, friction materials, power electronic components, coatings, and special machinery in Austria and internationally.

Khaitan & Co assisted Miba in their proposed acquisition of majority stake in Sintercom India Limited, an Indian listed company.

The firm's core team working on the transaction consisted of Rabindra Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Arindam Ghosh (Partner), Abhishek Dadoo (Partner), Ayush Nanda (Principal Associate), Shashank Patil (Principal Associate) and Anvita Mishra (Senior Associate).
