Shally Bhasin To Join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas As An Equity Partner – Dispute Resolution

Shally Bhasin will be joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM & Co.”)  as an Equity Partner, Dispute Resolution at its New Delhi office.

Shally has over 26 years of enriching experience and has done matters relating to financial services, bankruptcy, infrastructure litigation, environmental litigation, white-collar crime, telecom, tender related litigation, claims for breach of contract, damages, specific performance and injunctions, writ petitions for enforcement of fundamental rights, amalgamation and demergers and taxation related litigation. 

She has represented clients in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of Delhi, Kolkata, Orissa, Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Allahabad, Chennai and Goa and in several specialized tribunals like TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT and NGT.

Shally is also an Advocate-on-Record of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India since 2004.
